Great start on a three day job, I can use my kitchen sink again. Dominic explained everything and that there was a slight change to the plan, but everything looks good so far. Follow up, I am very happy with the job that Dominic and Wyatt did on my plumbing, changing all the plumbing from cast iron to PVC has been needed for a long time. Thanks again for all the wonderful work and now I can relax about back ups. Dec. 3, 2024 I had a leak in one of the toilet Dominic put in. Once I let them know about it they were very prompt about getting me scheduled and repairing the toilet. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic!!

Jewell Nixon with Benjamin Franklin did a great job. We had a cruddy old rusted main drain, a drippy sink, a leak in the tub and even an issue with the kitchen sink (no joke). Jewell worked fast, fixed it all in a day and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way. We were glad to learn from him and grateful for the outcome. Everything looks and works so much better now. Ben Franklin made themselves available to help with our issues quickly and showed up when they said they would. they really are "ounctual plumbers." I would recommend!

Michael did a great job fixing our faucet stops. The installation looks great. Everyone at Ben Franklin were quick to respond, making scheduling super easy. They were also very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. I also thought the pricing for the work was extremely reasonable and will be using them again!

I can’t say enough. My sink was backing up. Brian determined it was the pipe that fed into the main line. He had a 45 foot snake which wasn’t long enough. He called his supervisor, Michael who came and brought a longer snake which eventually pushed through the clog. Both were very amiable, experienced and courteous as was Heather, the receptionist. When I called she said that someone canceled and that there was an opening and that Brian would be there in an hour. He was. She said it would be $79 and guess what? It WAS EXACTLY $79 INCLUDING tax and the total time out of their day was about 2 hrs! Needless to say, I will recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Brian was the technician that came to my house for a drain issue. Super friendly super courteous! Explain everything to me. Will definitely request Brian again! Unfortunately for me I had another problem a week later. Jewell Nixon came out within a hour and half from time I called the office. Jewell was amazing! I had a bigger problem than I realized and he had everything fixed up! Kept me informed on every step. I very much appreciated him & his plumbing talents!

Jewell did a great job. He showed me how bad my water heater is and explained the options to have a new one replaced. He recommended to have an electrician to take a look at the circuit breaker and the wiring connection to the water heater before installing a new one. Thank you Jewell for providing a great service.

Brian is a professional and knowledgeable plumber. After brief introductions, he evaluated the problem area, unloaded his equipment, and began working immediately. Within a reasonable amount of time, he cleared our main drain, then quickly reloaded his very large & awkward equipment, received payment, and was out - heading to another call! 'YES', I would definitely recommend him and his employer. Overall, he/they provided excellent services!
